Work Experience -

The Lake Grill, Whitby, Ontario

Experience of working at a casual fine dining, and being a trainee for over 1 year now.

- Preparing appetizers, assisting team during service hours.

- Prepping for service, working with meats, Mise en Place.

- Preparing and assisting with making Sauces, working and handling Seafoods.
